March 2013

Thank you all for supporting and contributing to the MattPopOfficial Facebook page these past few weeks. Your response, especially to the free mix give-away (now expired) and Matt‘s latest ABBA bootleg Hey Hey Helen, has been very rewarding. So what’s next? The CD-r single of Endless Road by Peter Wilson and Sammy Paul  is now available from www.energiserecords.com, with all-new mixes by Luc Labarre and Argonaut, plus Matt Pop’s Road To Amsterdam club mix. This limited edition CD-r single is a little extra that Peter Wilson and Energise Records prepared for the many fans of Peter‘s album Laser Light, and it will not be available to download. Meanwhile, Matt Pop is already working on material for Peter‘s next album, to be released summer 2013. And at Almighty Records, the finishing touches are being put to We Love Matt Pop, the double album that will feature Matt Pop mixes from  many different artists. I can’t reveal the tracklisting just yet, but the release is approaching fast! More Matt Pop mixes still in the pipeline, but due for release in the coming months: When Boy Meets Boy (Matt Pop’s Cartoon Club Mix) by Matt Fishel, This Is My Life (single) and In The Name Of (album) by Hazell Dean, and 24 Hours (album) by Sammy Paul. Updates here or on www.facebook.com/MattPopOfficial.
