The release of Peter Wilson‘s album Laser Light is rapidly approaching. There will be 4 Matt Pop productions on the album and Peter is teasing us left, right and centre with glimpses of the tracks. Peter Wilson‘s next single Take Me As I Am will be released in about a month. Peter suggested that it would make a great mash-up with Kylie‘s Step Back In Time. And he was right! Matt Pop re-arranged Pete‘s vocals over the Kylie backing track and the result is a stunning slice of disco heaven. The trouble is, licensing the official PWL instrumental may prove an impossible task. Even though Peter and Matt have quite a history of working with PWL-related artists and producers, the powers that be can be very protective of their hit songs. So, while the outcome of this release is still very much up in the air, we are allowed a quick glimpse of what this mix could be…. check it out here:
